1. Product Overview
The adaptive intelligent control system device for pumping units is an intelligent control equipment designed and developed specifically for pumping unit wells.This system device does not require the installation of any sensors,only relying on the mechanical parameters and electrical parameters of the pumping unit, combined with the operating data of the inverter, the standard dynamometer cards can be automatically generated and the motor running speed can be adjusted in real time through the edge computing analysis method, so as to realize the intelligent control of the whole process of the pumping unit. For oil wells with insufficient and unstable liquid supply capacity, some can increase production. All oil wells can save energy and have significant effects.This device can also be used for Belt type pumping unit.
2. Main functions
2.1 Intelligent adjustment of stroke times. Establish mathematical
models for parameters such as pump efficiency, liquid level, and well
conditions,andusefittingcalculationmethodstointelligentlyadjustthestroke times, achieving variable speed operation of the pumping unit throughout the entire process, thereby improving pump efficiency and stabilizing the dynamic liquid level; Automatically and flexibly adjust the operating speed of each section within each stroke based on well conditions, plastic characteristics of the sucker rod, and other characteristics, reducing liquid hammer and eccentric wear, thereby improving the effective stroke and extending the service life of the sucker rod tube pump.
2.2 Using virtual instrument technology to provide real-time production data. Adopting advanced virtual instrument filtering and analysis technology, the impact of mechanical lag, grid harmonics, and other factors on data acquisition is automatically eliminated, ensuring timely and accurate data. Without the need to install any sensors, itcanprovidemainproductiondatasuchasdynamometercards,dynamicfluidlevel, liquid production, power consumption, balance of counterweight, up and down current, and equipment operating status. The dynamic fluid level, liquid production, power consumption, input current, and output current can be adjusted by users based on actual measurement results.
2.3 Utilization of renewable electrical energy. Reasonably utilizing the regenerative energy generated by potential energy loads, adjusting the motor operating curve, without the need to install braking units, feedback units, and energy storage devices, saves equipment costs and energy without polluting the power grid.
2.4 Complete protection and warning functions. Provide real-time protection when the motor experiences overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, or phase loss faults; Provide real-time protection in case of wax sticking, sand sticking, sand burial, broken rod, severe imbalance, belt slippage and other conditions in oil wells; Equipped with underground operation trend alarm and mechanical protection warning alarm functions; It has functions such as power failure data storage and fault self diagnosis.
2.5 RTU and network access function. The system device includes a controller and an open network for easy access to various systems around the well site. The system device has flexible network access methods, open network protocols, and can achieve bidirectional data transmission with the smart oilfield system.
2.6 Flexible operation. It has on-site button operation, touch screen operation, and remote operation functions, and can customize and develop other functions according to needs, seamlessly connecting with smart oil fields.

4.5 There are no explosive or flammable hazardous materials in the surrounding medium, no gases that damage insulation and metals, and no conductive dust.
